Top 15 excuses for not Exercising

 

Here is my top 15 reasons for not walking.

Today I am using 5, 7,  and 15.

 

1. I'm too tired

2. I'm too busy

3. It's too HOT!

4. It's too cold

5. It's raining

6. It's snowing

7. I'm too Lazy

8. my back hurts

9. my feet hurt

10. I exercised yesterday why do I need to do it again?

11. I really ain't that fat…am I?

12. It's humid, that will make my hair go flat

13. I need new shoes

14. I just got new shoes and their not broke in yet.

15. I don't have anyone to walk with today.
